FAQ for fingerprint products

Question 1. Cannot enter the program due to the administrator changed or forgetting password.  What will I do?

Answer:firstly, your computer should be installed Office2000. Enter the attendance program installing catalog,find the tt2000.mdb file,double-click,and find the ‘user info’ list in the appear interface,double-click ,to find ‘security flags’ word,cancel all figure of list in the sentence(15 indicates administrator)

Question 2. How to clean the register of attendance administrator?

Answer:make a successful connection between time attendance device and computer, enter attendance device management interface,click the ‘cancel administrator’ button to clean attendance device administrator.

Question 3. I forget the password of database,how to do it?

Answer:enter ‘maintenance and setting’ of management program,click the ‘setting password of database’,then set up new password of database.

Question 4. Sometimes, it’s difficult to register or identify the fingerprint on the attendance device, how to solve this?

Answer: in this case, two ways you can try to solve this. one is to put the finger on forehead  to grease the finger for register and contrasting;two is to put finger on scanner for 1or 2 second more till attendance device appear’ please take away finger,this method can enhance success as well.

If above two ways don’t make sense. Then try to use ID code plus password to register finger. 

Question 5. How to use the business check-in and business check-out?
Answer :when the staff needs to go out,the staff should check -out on attendance device. When the staff comes back,he should select business check-in.

Question 6. When inquire attendance record,we select the top department,select all staff,why cannot see records? But it truly displays that saved downloading data?
Answer: maybe the data record time is not in the inquire range. If want to see the origin record time, must open attendance database(att2000.mdb),enter check-in-out list,can see all origin records,prove that origin attendance record is in the range which you inquire.

Question 7. I have assigned shift. Why no result of account and statistics
Indicating  leave, come late, gone early?

Answer: firstly enter management to check the setup shift. in normal
condition  the  name  of  shift  and corresponding  time  period  display 
in blue color in right time box. if there no any problem, enter
staff shift list to view the starting date of staff shift. The starting date is
beyond the account and statistics time range, isn’t  it? if no,  assign
shift again, fix new starting date.

Question 8. How to cancel the schedule which has been set up?
Answer:you can add an empty schedule, then use the empty to replace the schedule which will be cancelled,enter schedule management to cancel corresponding schedule, OK.

Question 9. Why the stored record is less than downloaded data while in the process to download all data?

Answer: while loaded down and record, the attendance program can determine downloaded record. The repeated record will be cancelled automatically. The stored record will not be stored again.

Question 10. Why the loaded record appears, but cannot find it while inquire it?

Answer: Confirm time range you inquire is in accordance with attendance time
of loaded record, If it’s not.  Please check attendance record by day, month,
year. After loaded down record, or open database of ”att2000.mdb”. Enter
check-in-clock-induler to see  all  origin  record. Confirm  time  of
attendance  original  record  is  within  the  range  of  acquirement. Pay
attention to years record especially. 

Question 11. Why I attend normally,but it shows I stay away from work without leave or good reason?
Answer:Check your period time setting first,confirm your attendance record is in the range of check-out time,example,you setup the check-out time is from 17:00 to 18:00,you check-out time record is16:30,so that the record is invalid,system will indicate neglect afternoon(in attendance rule, no check-out is neglect)next,examine you attendance time is correct or not.

Question 12. Why I cannot add new schedule in shift management?
Answer:the program has to set up time period of shift,then can set up schedule,please check the time period of shift is set or not.

 

FAQ for MDVR

Question 1. Although the power cables are connected correctly, the MDVR cannot work.
Answer: The reasons lead to this problem as follow:

1. The electrical source input starting capacity has not achieved 50w, If the MDVR work it's needs the only 24 w, but starts it needs 50w.

2. The power-supply line may be not correct. The red line meets the anode, the black line meets the cathode, the yellow line is the switch to ignite, guarantee the yellow and the red line meet the power source anode together.
3.If above all satisfy, the machine still cannot start. Please observe the power source turn on or not, the power line is well or not, the contact between the line and the line is well or not.

Question 2. How can see the live video in LAN.
Answer: In order to see the picture in LAN, we need to do the following work, connect the MDVR and hub with one common reticle, enter the network menu to establish the IP address (if let computer directly connected with MDVR, must use coordinate reticle) the IP address must in the same net, open up the browser of IE, input the address of MDVR in address input field in this way we can see the monitor picture, use the software which we provide can also achieve the browse of IE. If you need detail, please refer to the network operatating instruction.

Question 3. How input the sound in the MDVR?
Answer: Please purchases the tone arm from the market, use it according to explanation .

Question 4. when the MDVR put the picture again, why does the picture only occupy a quarter screen?
Answer: It is have some matter with record you choose. We have 6 kinds of standards in record, if you choose standard 1 or 2, this kind of situation are inevitable.

Question 5. How the MDVR backup files?
Answer: The MDVR backup by HDD or LAN Client.

Quest 6.Why is the MDVR hard disk state display 2 (or other numbers, but is not 1)
Answer: The hard disk should be set as MASTER mode instead SLAVE mode.

Question 7.What functions does the customer software have?
Answer:

1.the local area network look the video recording picture in LAN.
